Missions
“Mission” is outreach to those who are not believers in Christ with the intent to be used by God to challenge and inspire them to place their faith in Christ for salvation. It is primarily done outside of the church in the community, across the nation, and around the world. This includes the supporting and becoming involved in the following local, national, and international missions:
Local Missions
- iChoose Pregnancy Support Services
We financially support and minister at this Clayton facility that assists both men and women seeking guidance on behalf of their unborn children. It provides spiritual counseling, practical classes, needed provisions, and encouragement to birth the child. - House of Hope
We minister at this facility in Clayton that houses local troubled teen females and provides education, Christian counseling, and stable environment. - With Love From Jesus
We support and minister at this Raleigh ministry that offers spiritual counseling, gospel proclamation, and physical provision of both food and various donated goods. - Capitol Commission
We support and minister in the North Carolina branch of this national ministry that focuses on the spiritual life of state legislators. Greg Beaupied directs this work in Raleigh and leads various Bible studies, prayer gatherings, and special events encouraging churches to pray for the lives of those in positions to shape public policies. - Breaking Bread Ministry
We minister through hospitality to the international students attending North Carolina State University. The goal is to show the love of Christ to those away from their homeland in a tangible way in hopes to influencing them with the gospel message. -
Elder Care
On a regular basis, we minister in a variety of ways to elderly residents of local convalescent homes to provide them biblical encouragement and God’s love.
- Samaritan’s Purse Relief Projects
We participate in various national relief projects through Samaritan’s Purse, an international wholistic outreach ministry under the leadership of Franklin Graham.
- Annika Harmeling
We support Annika Harmeling teaching at Christian International School of Prague in the Czech Republic. She teaches 5th grade for students from various nations with different backgrounds and uses education as a means of proclaiming the gospel. - Santhosh Makal
We support and work with Santhosh Makal and his leadership of a church planting movement in and around the Malda district in East India. Click for the prayer letter. - Cross Vision Ministries, Andes Mountains, Venezuela
We support and work with William & Maria Burton and the Venezuela Baptist Convention in a church planting movement in the Andes Mountains communities. - Operation Christmas Child
Annually, we participate with Samaritan Purse’s efforts to provide Christmas gifts packaged in shoeboxes with gospel presentations to impoverished children throughout the world. - Chris & Tammy Page
We support the work of the Pages at Agape Children’s Home in Kisumu, Kenya to disciple and rehabilitate abandoned and orphaned boys living on the streets with the intention of reconciling them with their families. - Matt & Brooke McGhee
We support the McGhees and their ministry with TWR (Trans World Radio) developing relationships in the Hispanic community of North America and providing various gospel communication resources.
